Product Description This Folding Mountain Bike is painted in a limited edition flat blue paint. Unlike traditional glossy blue bikes this one is sure to turn heads. The Practical, Convenient and Quality Made Bike that Folds and Unfolds in Just Seconds! The sturdy 26 inch steel frame conveniently folds by releasing the locking mechanism and raising the lever. Then easily store the folded bike in smaller storage spaces. Using the bike is just as easy as putting it away! Simply unfold, lift the lever to secure it in place then tighten the locking mechanism. The double latching folding mechanism ensures your safety as it won't come undone while being ridden. The folding bike holds so securely, you wouldn't even know the bike folds. This bike features an 18 speed derailleur gear letting you tackle those off road paths. A front shock absorber cushions the ride giving you a smoother, more comfortable ride. The seat adjusts for your riding comfort. A release latch stops the kick stand from slipping, preventing your bike from unnecessarily falling over. But the most important feature, the bike folds to a compact size! Folding bikes are terrific time-savers for short trips and train or bus commutes. These compact bikes ride big, and fold easily to a small size to go places full-size bikes can't. Ride to the station; fold the bike for your transit trip; bike to the office. Great for people with limited space: apartment dwellers, RV, boat and private plane owners.

| Customer Reviews: 18 Speed folding "mountain" bike July 26, 2010 Fred This is a relatively small bike, gears did not work and I had to adjust them, the manual was for a wrong model. Another fact is that this is a heavy bike and a rather large one (for a trunk), I had to empty all the trunk to be able to lift it in, I am not sure a small person could easily get it in and out (I have a 1998 4 door, Honda Accord), I am 175 lbs and in fair shape ... the way it folds also is very awkward... I also found some rust on parts of it right out of the box, the workmanship is bad. Its ride is OK, the seat you need to replace if you are a guy I would suggest... overall, its an OK bike for straight off, level, paved trails, but I definitely would not take it to a real mountain and try to ride it...
Sucks July 4, 2010 jag Crap. Do not waste your money. I had a $20 retired rental bike that was in better shape than this. DO NOT BUY!!! The rims were so bent they looked like smiley faces. It came shipped with maney scratches.

At first I was skeptical as to whether or not this bike would meet my quality standards, but when I got it out of the box; I was very pleased! I've had a few folding bikes in the past, but I like this one the best.
