I have put over 125 miles on this bike so far and have no major complaints. The bike comes with the back end assembled, I had to put on the front tire, handle bar, and connect the front brakes. I have never worked on a bike before, but I was able to get it completed in less than an hour.
I took the bike out on a test ride and found that the rear derailer was not set up properly and would not switch into the third gear. I had to adjust the derailer myself, which was a pain. I watched some videos online, but this still took my a lot of time to get just right. I think it would have been worth it to take it to a bike shop and have them do it for me.
Once the bike was setup I have no other complaints. I am not a serious cyclist, but I have gone on a couple 20-25 mile rides and have really enjoyed the bike.
I am 5'11" and got the 20 inch frame. This feels like a really good size for me. I think this frame might be a little big for anyone shorter than 5'10".
