I was looking around for a beach cruiser for my sister that looked nice and was priced decently and this one seemed to be it.
When the package came, we opened it to start assembling but there was a problem: no instructions and all the parts were strewn about in this box large enough to fit a 50" TV. Screws fell out of the holes cut out for handles. How could I check if I had all the parts or how to assemble it? There was not one sheet of informative paper in there. Only the bike and its parts. Good thing a friend had built bikes before or we would have not known how to put it together. However, this wasn't the worst part. When we finished assembling and were ready to put the seat on, we realized the seat stem that connects the seat to the bike was missing. How frustrating! I called Amazon to see if they could send just that one missing part but I guess the Pacific Oceanside company sends these bikes to them directly and Amazon just ships it on to us without opening the contents. Therefore, they sent me a whole other bike and told me to take out the part I needed and send the bike back. Ridiculous. The second bike came and the packaging was exactly as before. Is it that hard to put all the little parts in a bag so they don't clank around inside the box?
The bike itself looks good and rides well. Worth the price if the packaging wasn't so horrible. This was my first bike purchase online and this experience will probably prevent me from buying bikes online for awhile.

Received the bike in good condition in 6 days . Was very easy to assemble and all the parts were there. Bought for my wife and she's very satisfied with it. The color of the bike looks better in person than in the picture. Would recommed this product if you are interested in a cruiser bike.
