| Customer Reviews: Exceeded Expectations July 29, 2010 Jason My son worked all spring and summer to save for a nice bike and we ordered this one. It is perfect. Packaging was done really well to protect parts and paint. The only assembly needed was handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and run a couple of brake wires. Total time to unpackage and assemble for riding was 45 minutes. Bike is built really well and it is beautiful. I am really glad we chose this one for him to spend hard earned money on. I WILL buy diamondback products in the future. This is also my first experience with Amazon and I have found my replacement for ebay and craigslist.
Diamondback Option BMX Bike (20-Inch Wheels)
Great bike but beware January 19, 2010 R. Daprano We purchased this bike for xmas-we ordered it early to avoid "out of stock"...good thing we did but not for the reason you might think. This bike comes unassembled -not only unassembled but with no ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS...we check online and thats right no instructions, now i'm handy with tools but with no instructions whats so ever i was not going to take a chance with my son's safety i.e brakes etc so off it went to a bike shop for pro assembly--an additional #50.00--as far as the bike itself great bike-strong but the real test will come this spring.
good bike good price November 13, 2009 Dominique Dourneau (CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This bike is build tuff and work overall great..you need to know what you are doing before you buy..!!
A lot of adjustment need to be done..so if you are not incline...manually..don't..
Slight concern...it state on the box that the bike should be delivered in riding condition..what ever that mean??
